LYNN
LEFEBVRE
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Lynn has a strong business background of over thirty years.
Early in her career, after her Bachelor of Commerce from McGill
University and course work towards an MBA in International
Finance, she gained experience in general management consulting
and strategic planning consulting with Arthur D. Little in
New York and then Boston. The next career change was ten years
in international banking, mostly with the Royal Bank of Canada
specializing in structuring international trade finance deals,
and consortium loans, followed by commercial banking with
an Italian schedule 'B' bank, Banca Nazionale del Lavoro.
Since 1985, she has been in the Executive Search business,
initially as a partner with the Bedford Consulting Group in
Toronto; then in 1991, she started her own Executive Search
and Human Resources consulting firm, Partnervision Consulting
Group Inc. A few years later, Partnercontracting Inc., a diversity
centered recruiting firm, was initiated followed by boom!hire
inc. an electronic resume management software company. Over
the years, Lynn has served on a number of Boards, principally
in the not-for-profit sector and on leadership roles in committees
of various community organizations in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
She is a member of the Strategic Capabilities Network of Canada,
formerly the Canadian Human Resources Planning of Canada and
a Founding Member of the Executive HR Leadership Council of
Niagara.

BARB
BAIRD
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Barb is a Certified Human Resources Professional who has managed
all areas of Human Resources in the span of over twenty five
years, with a very unique background that includes many years
of manufacturing experience at the production, management,
and corporate levels. Her labour relations and health &
safety knowledge and experiences, from both the company and
the union perspective, has provided her with great insight
in assisting organizations. Barb also has extensive experience,
not only as a consultant but also in-house in Human Resources
at the Corporate National level. She has considerable knowledge
in the review, facilitation, and development of Human Resources
strategies and functional practical models. In the last few
years, Barb has worked with several municipalities on the
emerging practice of harassment and 3rd party investigations.
Also, with Board's on governance and implementation of HR
best practices.
Barb is a graduate in Management of Human Resources from Niagara
College of Applied Arts and Technology, and also has a Business
Degree. Formerly served on the Board of Directors for Welland
Family YMCA, volunteers for several other organizations and
previously spent seven years on the United Way Board, holding
various leadership positions of Board Member, Vice President,
and President.

COORDINATOR
Shiloh has over seven years of practical knowledge, management experience and leadership training in the hospitality/food/service industries with internationally recognized best practices corporations. With her organizational, strong technical IT background and project managerial strengths, Shiloh has assumed an integral role within our team providing support to our consultants and project coordination for our clients. Combining her coaching experience, administration and excellent interpersonal skills, our clients are assured exceptional customer service.
